Give me a couple good buddies , and tight difficult woods trails. Throw in some rivers/streams and i'll be in heaven.
But then again , everytime i ride im happy to be out and not thinking about anything , so i could be in a kiddy course and still love it

i met john leveritt.. he's a cool dood. this forum is practically generic now without people like john who are beneficial for it to be something worth participating in.
I wish there were more on here like John. Some people mistake whining for maturity............and thats why he really doesn't come around much anymore.
Visit the snowmobile and RV forums run by the same company as this one. They are worlds apart, and exact MUCH stricter guidelines than this one. Willie would have been banned months ago on the RV forum, and I probably would have been banned too, and THEMAN, and Pred, and Redder, and YOURAD.........the list goes on. Oh yeah, 1,000+ post days are not uncommon on the RV forum. Tons of good members with loads of info, and its well controlled. If we break the 100 post count on a given day here, it actually makes me nervous these days. This forum is a mere shadow of its former self, to say the least.
We are so consistently off topic here, its a wonder any ATV enthusiast come here at all anymore. Wolvie was right about something. Does anyone find it amazing that one of the more learned members here when it comes to ATV technology rides motorcycles instead?
Remember KTMGUY? He probably knows more about ATVing than anyone here.......GONE! Over30 got fed up, as did Lance and Woodsie. Those guys were big players on this forum.
While I'm at it, I might as well add that I personally have made posts in the past that certainly have contributed to this demise.
Anarchy. The inmates run the prison around here. I'm ont saying its all wrong, but there are meny members here who wouldn't last a week on other sites before getting banned. Hell, I'm banned from z400central because I ridiculed a moderator for threatening to ban YOURADHERE cuz he thought his name reeked of a spammer.

Thats all correct , I totally agree with you on this.
Its seems as if no one here really cares about the sport , nor does anyone want to contribute anything relivent to the topic at hand. Most people that come to this forum join for the reading , not for the information.

Hey guys ( and girls) I just got a new welder a few weeks ago. Okay well new to me. On my wife's side her grandma bought this welder for my wife's grandpa about 25 years ago and he never used it. Seriously I don't even think it has been plugged in. It been in her garage for all this time and My wife's grandpa pasted away a few years ago. Sooooooooo she gave it to me. It's a Craftsman 230/180 volt AC/DC stick welder.
It works sooooooooo much better than my fairly new welder I got about 4years ago, but then again the newer one was a small 100 volt stick welder.
My question is when should I use the AC and when should I use the DC?
Ac goes to 230 volt and DC goes to 180 volt.

I normally run DC myself , but if you're welding thin metal , you might want to try the AC side of things. Just a heads up.

Hey Guinness, how long does the sandfest go on for? I might be coming to Oregon this weekend...
As per this high tech intraweb machine....July 13th is the last day. Get your ass over there home slice....and take some pics.
Youradhere's right. But it might not be worth coming for the sandfest alone... it's $35 bucks to get the armband. You need that to get in. If you're coming up for duning, well then sandfest is just the icing on the cake! The dunes are in virgin condition.
There were some rocking good deals there.. The $1500 single seater buggy was outstanding. $50 oNeal helmets! $50 Kevlar riding pants! $80 exo skeleton body armor! And the list goes on! But there were other things there that were WAYYYYY TOOO EXPENSIVE. $3 for a 16oz cup of beer. OUCH! I'll carry my own.
3$ a beer is cheap! come to wisconsin , enjoy summerfest , and buy a beer. 4.50 for a cup and 6$ for a 16 Oz. beer! thats insane

Sounds like some kind of grounind issue to me. The only thing that doesnt measure up is that only SOME of them go out , and not all of them . I'd start with Rechecking the wiring once again , and pay Close attention.

butt do you think it justifiess?,with the extra money that you would pay in an injection fuelled quad, you can tune up youre carburator, with thing like a cherry bomb, headers, exaust, hot cams. i bet it would be ten times faster

like i said before.. if i saved up money to go on a trip and PLAY i dont care about paying 65$ for a can of race gas(gets mixed 50/50) for the bikes becuase i know i am out having fun..what i dont understand is that people say they are going on vacation, ask yourself what do people do on vacation? answer.SPEND MONEY.. so quit whining about it. spend the money you had already knew you were going to spend in the first place and enjoy your time off work riding and being with friends or family..
